This hotel is quietly situated just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, where there is an abundance of shops and entertainment options. The remodelled Playa Jardín, as well as the Castillo San Felipe, are both to be found just a few paces away and there is a bus stop a stone's throw from the hotel.

The hotel has 3 suites, 24 single rooms and 310 double rooms, which are located on 13 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
